Tia is an elay Dochenza relation living in Chialto with her sister [[Sarelle Dochenza]], the elay Prime.

==Elements==
Tia is far more "traditonally elay"<ref>[http://calescent.dreamwidth.org/1919.html?thread=250495#cmt250495 Sarelle describing her sister]</ref> than her sister Sarelle, and shares her sister's streak of sweela. Because her father was an extremely distractable sort of elay, he accidentally brought his twins home four birth blessings instead of three<ref>[http://calescent.dreamwidth.org/1919.html?thread=251775#cmt251775 Story of Sarelle and Tia's blessings]</ref>; as a result, her blessings are innovation, courage, joy, and charm.

==Background==
Tia grew up in Chialto with her twin sister Sarelle and their parents. She has not been seen much with her sister; instead, she is known to be investigating non-magical (or at least not completely magical) methods of flight.
