Kerem is the Kanim from the Thalassa universe. He is the court magician in the kingdom of Loegria and confidante of Prince Cymbeline.[1] He speaks a number of languages; Zoyah claims he speaks fifteen, but may be exaggerating.[2] (He has tried, and failed, to get Jade to understand any of them.[3]) He is currently giving Prince Cymbeline magic lessons.[4]
