Fulmination Reading Orders

Overall reading order notes and brief thread summaries for the Fulmination threads part of the central multiverse. Centrally includes the murder girlfriends (Ellie/ Fate), but is increasingly including more ships.

Standalone Threads - In Progress

These threads have no strong prerequisites on the glowfic site, though they might require some familiarity with a specific fandom and might reference other threads. They can be read in any order. Some are referenced by later threads in the "Peals" section.

These threads are in progress (or complete with an unresolved plot, pending a sequel).

In Progress (out of date)

Also, the "growth mindset" series is actively in progress. (See below.)

Standalone Threads - Complete

These threads have no strong prerequisites on the glowfic site, though they might require some familiarity with a specific fandom and might reference other threads. They can be read in any order. Some are referenced by later threads in the "Peals" section. These threads are all complete, with more or less resolved plots.

Series

These threads are part of a series with other threads, but do not include full peals. They are standalone for prerequisites, usually, but sometimes are referenced in later threads in the "Peals" section.

one girl revolution

Star Wars prequel rewrite. Features Fate as Anakin Skywalker and Ellie as her Jedi Master, Elesse Vendar. The base series is hiatused and will likely be abandoned in favor of a planned reboot, but it will remain canon to any threads downstream of peace is a fiction of our faith.

plan for noon and plan for night

Harry Potter series rewrite, featuring Ellie as the Girl-Who-Lived.

The Worst Genin Team

A small subcontinuity with drink up the entire ocean and its sidethread(s). This centrally includes the shimmering peal.

Apocalypse

A small subcontinuity for baby love me apocalyptic, sequels, and sidethread(s).

The Samira Dynasty - What Didn't Happen (This Time) [aka the ghosts peal]

the initiate fear

The Palpatine redemption arc literally nobody asked for.

Peals

Threads that contain or are centrally part of a peal.

lightning peal

This is a very large, complicated peal, and its reading order with related reading is separately written here. This was the first peal, and it includes the counter peal at the end, as well as some series and many standalone threads. The central peal likely won't show up again in other threads, though some universes might have a version peal to another peal, and downstream threads with depealed characters might continue into new stories.

miss malicious peal

Peal title might be changed at some point. Downstream of the lightning peal, following Acererak after she depeals. All threads within it are complete with resolved plots, but the peal is likely to double peal later.

counter peal

This is a medium sized peal that ultimately references only four base universes. It is complete and the plot is resolved.

Star Wars Peal

[section is in progress. See also here]

(see also "peace is a fiction of our faith" above)

smol peals

Peals involving at most two or three source worlds/ pairs. Some smol peals might eventually peal to each other. (note to editors: move foundations to Star Wars Peal, add Devil Peal here)

Hiatused and Abandoned

What Didn't Happen - threads and series, including large roll-back outtakes from other threads, that have been abandoned or likely permanently hiatused. Some of these have been or will be rebooted.

Some of these are less permanently hiatused (in 'hiatused' section) and might be picked back up.
